HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order
- select the product you want to buy,
- click the “buy” button.
Your item will be added to your shopping cart. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout in the shopping cart.
If you are a registered customer, or you specified your e-mail when “buying without registration”, after confirming the order, you will receive an e-mail with an order receipt, which will contain all the information about your order: Name and quantity of goods, their price, amount, delivery address and payment method.
Registration is not required to purchase goods on the website. It is enough to fill in all the required information fields.
The order is formed and shipped only after 100% payment. The order is dispatched within 1 to 3 business days from the date of payment.
Cooperation
To start cooperation, you need to register on our website as a wholesale buyer.
To do this, you need to
- find the “Registration” item in the right corner of the “header” of the site.
- fill in all the required fields:
- Name;
- Last name;
- Email (used as a login to your personal account);
- Phone (can also be used as a login) – if your number is international, click on the “International” sign to register a number that does not start with +380…;
- Password (for further login to your personal account).
- tick the box next to “Register as a Wholesale Customer”;
- confirm that you are indeed selling similar goods
- To do this, if you have an online store or a trading page, copy and paste the link to your website or social media page from which you trade into the appropriate field.
- You can also confirm your status using scanned copies of registration documents, take a photo of them and upload a photo of the extract from the Unified State Register.
- You can upload your documents to the site by preparing the files (if the documents take more than one page, add all the files to one archive or Word file), then click on the upload icon (blue cloud with an upward arrow) and select the archive or file you have prepared. (The site does not support uploading more than one file during registration)
After the manager has checked the documents you provided, your account will be confirmed and you will receive a notification about the activation of your wholesale account.
Then you will be able to log in to the site with your login and password and take full advantage of all the benefits of wholesale cooperation.
